About the RoleThis is a 1099 independent contractor position. It is not a salaried or hourly job. Traders operate funded accounts and work independently, setting their own schedule. There is no entry barrier related to prior trading experience, and structured training is provided to help new traders learn the fundamentals and develop their own approach.
CompensationCompensation is performance-based through a profit split ranging from 65% to 90%, depending on the funding structure and track record. Profits are never guaranteed. Trading carries inherent risk, and traders who are not profitable do not earn income from this role. This is not a fixed-pay position.
FundingQualified traders may be allocated funded accounts up to $400,000. Account size and growth are based on demonstrated performance over time.
How It WorksTraders make their own day-to-day trading decisions. Maverick Currencies does not direct or supervise individual trades. Instead, the firm provides access to capital, training resources, and a framework for traders to build independent trading careers.
