Portfolio Management Associate

Key Responsibilities & Duties Implement investment strategies across client portfolios, ensuring alignment with firm objectives and compliance requirements.

Create and submit equity trades for various account types, including UMAs and SMAs.Monitor pre-trade compliance and maintain adherence to client guidelines and investment restrictions.

Collaborate with Portfolio Managers on model manager accounts and bespoke portfolios.

Respond to client inquiries and fulfill reporting requirements with accuracy and professionalism.

Review and maintain security data, ensuring integrity and compliance with internal procedures.

Analyze portfolio dispersion and maintain detailed portfolio review instructions.

Participate in team-building activities and contribute to business improvement initiatives.

Portfolio Management Associate

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as finance or economics.
3–5 years of professional experience in portfolio management or related roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with portfolio accounting systems.

Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) for equity order creation.

Understanding of investment compliance, portfolio restrictions, and ESG considerations.

Knowledge of Fact Set or comparable portfolio analytics platforms.

Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
