Mortgage Broker

This self employed Mortgage Broker opportunity offers the freedom to run your own business whilst benefiting from the support of an established directly authorised firm. You'll receive a competitive commission split of 50% on the first £4,000 of fees generated and 65% on anything above that, plus dedicated administration support and access to additional lead opportunities. The Opportunity As a Mortgage Broker, you'll be joining an established directly authorised firm whilst retaining the freedom and flexibility of self-employment.

This opportunity is best suited to an entrepreneurial adviser who already has an existing client bank, is actively generating new business and wants to continue growing their own portfolio within a supportive environment. Alongside your own business development activities, you'll have access to ad hoc leads and client introductions, with additional opportunities available for advisers who demonstrate strong performance, initiative and a commitment to growing the business.

The Role As a Mortgage Broker, your responsibilities will include:
• Providing mortgage and specialist lending advice to clients across a wide range of products
• Generating new business through your own client relationships, introducers and networking activities
• Working closely with the administration team to ensure a smooth application process from enquiry through to completion
• Maintaining accurate and compliant client records
• Developing and strengthening relationships with introducers and professional connections to support future business growth Mortgage Broker Requirements
• CeMAP qualified or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Broker with a proven track record of writing business
• Existing client bank and active pipeline of opportunities
• Ability to self-generate business and build introducer relationships
