Bilingual Individual Wealth Administrator

Support Individual Wealth administration at Equitable from your home office, using French and English client service skills daily. Handle transactions accurately across registered products.

As an Individual Wealth Administrator, you will administer new business and in-force transactions for Non-Registered plans, RRSPs, TFSAs, and FHSAs. You will assess service requests, support advisors and policyholders, and provide plain-language communication through email and phone. Your work includes transaction processing, account reconciliation, indexing, and project participation.

• Administer segregated funds, GIAs, and legacy products
• Process policy changes, rollovers, deposits, and surrenders
• Respond to client emails and inbound calls
• Reconcile accounts and investigate basic discrepancies
• Complete indexing, mail handling, and project work

• Fluency in French and English, spoken and written
• Commitment to detail, accuracy, and client service
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate Excel and excellent PC skills
• Degree, diploma, or equivalent work experience
