Youareabletosuccessfullyimplementcalculationautomationforavarietyofbenefitdesigns,toclientandlegislativerequirements.
Ultimately,demonstratingstrongknowledgeandexperienceintheirarea,soundtechnicalknowledgeaswellasexceptionanalytical,communication,andcustomerserviceskills.

- Youareprimarilyresponsiblefortheimplementationandmaintenanceofpensionsbenefitcalculations,Defined Benefit and Defined Contributionschemedesigns ,pension increases,equalisedGMPsandvaluations
- Additionaldutiesincludetheconfigurationofworkflows,datamaintenancescreens,interfaceswithothersystems,pensioner payroll,datamigrationsandreport
- Meetingwithclientstogatherrequirements
- Communicatingwithclientsthroughoutthesoftwarecustomisationprocesstoobtainfeedbackandapproval.
- Creatingdocumentationforclientsandforinternalusewhereappropriate
- Supportinthesoftwarereleaseprocesswhenrequired.
- Supportinthesoftwareupgradeprocesswhenrequired.
- Buildcredibilitywithteammembersandallinternalandexternalclients
- Bearesponsibleandreliableprofessional,withaconsultativeapproach
- Theabilitytoprioritise,meetdeadlinesanddeliverrapidoutcomes

Experience,training,and qualification(s):
- Pensionsspecificprofessionalqualifications,forexamplethoseprovidedbythe
Pensions Management Institute -beneficial - Experienceworkinginapensionsenvironment,preferablyinacustomer-focused role
- Financialsoftwareexperienceisalsoadvantageous
- Proficiencyinall Microsoft Officeapplicationsand SQLdatabasemanagementsystems
