P&O Senior Consultant

The Nationwide Active Operations Management (NAOM) Centre of Excellence is part of Mortgage Planning & Performance and is at the heart of helping Nationwide deliver excellent service to our members. We provide data-driven insight, challenge and operational expertise that helps business areas make better decisions, improve efficiency and continuously enhance performance. Working with leaders across the organisation, we ensure resources are aligned to customer demand and identify opportunities to improve how we work.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon or Bournemouth office.
