Interim Director Planned Giving; Fully Remote

• The Interim Director, Pomona Plan provides strategic, technical, and operational support for Pomona College's flagship charitable life-income program.
• This full-time, benefits-eligible interim position offers approximately 6 months of coverage with potential to become regular.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts, and legacy gifts while partnering with frontline fundraisers on life-income proposals.
• Oversee gift calculations, processing, agreements, tax letters, and beneficiary communications to ensure compliance and fiduciary excellence.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree or equivalent in tax, estate, or financial planning, with credentials such as J.D., CFP, CPA, or CSPG.
• Seven to ten years of planned giving experience at a major institution, including soliciting and stewarding life-income gifts.
