Remote Pre-Delinquency Collections Agent

Use informed customer service and negotiation skills as a remote Pre-Delinquency Collections Agent supporting BMO customers across Ontario. Work Tuesday through Saturday on the stated schedule.

This Customer Shared Services position reviews delinquent, high-risk, and written-off accounts for collections opportunities. You advise customers on payment strategies and products, manage calls, process transactions, and support loss mitigation. The work also involves relationship management, reporting, referrals, and escalation handling.

• Review delinquent and high-risk accounts for collection opportunities
• Advise customers on payment strategies and collections solutions
• Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently
• Execute loss mitigation processes for non-performing accounts
• Escalate complex customer situations to managers

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow approved procedures and regulatory requirements
• Ability to analyze account data and collection probability
• Ability to maintain confidential customer and Bank information
• Ability to work mostly independently
