Support business clients virtually at CIBC through financial needs discovery, client service, and tailored cash management guidance across Ontario. This Business Advisor role serves clients through phone and video conferencing from a remote work environment, with occasional onsite attendance as required.
As part of CIBC’s Business Client Advice Centre, you will address immediate and long-term business needs while supporting client loyalty. You will assess cash management, lending, deposits, and GIC products, prepare credit analysis, and connect clients with Relationship Managers or Imperial Service partners. French and English fluency supports operations outside Quebec.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage business clients through phone and video conferencing
- Assess needs and recommend suitable banking products
- Prepare accurate credit analysis and recommendations
- Introduce high-value clients to appropriate internal partners
- Promote ATM, Mobile, and Smart Banking for Business
- Experience in professional sales and service environments
- Knowledge of business banking products and services
- Understanding of credit analysis and risk management
- French and English fluency for business operations
- Secure workspace and wired internet meeting program requirements
