Operations Manager Kazakhstan); Fully Remote

• Expanding Binance's licensed payment business in Kazakhstan and the broader CIS region.
• Owning local fiat business setup, operations, and growth.

• Manage fiat operations, product localization, and regulatory support.
• Build partnerships with fiat on-ramp providers, banks, and KYC vendors.
• Lead go-to-market strategies and maintain regulator relationships.

• 5+ years leading business units or growth at crypto/fintech/banks.
• Deep understanding of local communities and crypto space.
• Fluent Russian and English;
  Kazakh strongly preferred.
