Assoc Dir Federal Reserve Bank Regulatory Reporting

Our client is a global financial institution. They seek a Federal Reserve Bank Regulatory Reporting Associate Director to join their Jersey City, NJ office.

• Oversee the end-to-end process for regulatory report preparation, review, and timely submission of FRB and OCC regulatory reports and filings
• Enhance report automation, system capabilities, process optimization, and ongoing management of the regulatory reporting platform
• Assess the impact of changes in the broader regulatory environment and requirements on reporting obligations
• Establish and maintain a strong internal controls environment over the regulatory reporting process to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices
• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to execute change initiatives
• Evaluate potential risk areas through review of regulatory reporting policies, procedures, and controls, and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Cultivate and manage a high-performing team of regulatory reporting professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence

• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Bank regulatory experience (FRY, call, etc) required
• Public or private
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Tech-savvy
• Excellent leadership skills
