Vice President, Treasury

Our client is an aviation company. They seek a VP, Treasury to join their Manhattan, NY office.

• Direct daily liquidity management to maintain sufficient cash availability across business entities
• Manage global cash positioning, intercompany funding activities, and short-term investment strategies
• Develop cash forecasting models to support capital planning, allocation decisions, and liquidity optimization
• Improve working capital management and cash conversion processes
• Maintain banking relationships and serve as a key liaison with financial institutions
• Negotiate credit facilities, amendments, and covenant arrangements with banking partners
• Monitor accounts payable processes to ensure compliance with approval policies and internal controls
• Integrate AP data into liquidity forecasting and collaborate on process improvements
• Enhance treasury systems, automation, reporting, and operational controls
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Operations, and other teams to strengthen governance, SOX compliance, and financial processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in treasury, capital markets, corporate finance, or related disciplines
• Must have AP experience
• Demonstrated experience managing liquidity, cash forecasting, and treasury operations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-growth environment
