Vice President, Trust Services; Fully Remote

• Seeking a senior leader to build and scale a comprehensive trust services business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multi-year strategy, own revenue and budget, and monitor KPIs.
• Manage external trust company partnerships and evaluate fiduciary capabilities.
• Serve as trust subject matter expert and design tailored solutions for clients and advisors.

Qualifications:

• At least 12 years of experience in trust, estate, or private wealth services.
• Strong knowledge of directed trusts, trust company relationships, and multi-state considerations.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and collaborate across functions.
• Annual base salary of $204,000-$240,000 with incentive compensation.
