VC Analyst; Fully Remote

• Work on the investor side of Pairs, finding active investors and learning what they back.
• Write first contacts that earn replies, turn them into calls, and book investors into founder meetings.
• Collaborate directly with two co-founders and the investor team on a flat, fast-moving process.

• Investor research: who is investing now, at what stage and check size.
• First conversations: messages that read like a person wrote them, replies turned into calls.
• Investor meetings: qualified investors booked with founders whose opportunity fits.

• You have venture capital experience as an analyst, scout, or accelerator and can name interesting rounds.
• You write short, specific messages that get replies and keep a high pace without losing quality.
• You understand round basics like stage, check size, SAFE versus priced, and treat discretion as second nature.

• A fully remote, asynchronous role with direct access to co-founders.
• Live mandates from week one and insight into internal deal screening.
• Room to grow into a senior investor-side role as your network grows.

Pairs is a global network of family offices, institutional investors, VCs, and angels that screens deal flow and invests alongside its network. The organization is flat, with a small team working directly with two co-founders.
