Xapo Bank is seeking a Financial Controller to own financial reporting across the group, applying IFRS/FRS 102 and leading regulatory submissions. This 100% remote role oversees multi-entity closes, audit cycles, and policy development in a fast-growing fintech.
You will manage Financial Controlling and Regulatory Reporting teams, collaborate across Data, Compliance and Operations, and drive automation with Net Suite and AI-enabled processes while maintaining high standards of integrity.
