• Respond to incoming client inquiries and provide knowledgeable, professional support regarding investment products and services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding individual financial circumstances, investment objectives, and service expectations.
• Guide new and existing clients through account openings and explain the available investment options.
• Process mutual fund and term investment transactions accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
• Assess clients’ financial goals and recommend appropriate investment products and services based on their needs and circumstances.
• Deliver a high-quality, personalized client experience by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and identifying opportunities to add value.
• Stay informed about financial markets, investment trends, and product developments to provide relevant and up-to-date guidance.
• Conduct all sales and service activities in compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.

• Typically, 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in financial services, banking, investments, wealth management, or a customer-facing sales and service environment.
• Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC/CCVM) or the Investment Funds in Canada course (IFIC/FIC).
• Knowledge of investment products, mutual funds, financial markets, and current industry trends.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and procedures within a highly regulated financial services environment.
• Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and adapt recommendations to different client needs.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
• A client-first mindset, with the ability to build trust, understand financial objectives, and deliver effective solutions.
• Resilience, curiosity, adaptability, and a positive attitude when managing competing priorities and resolving challenging situations.

• Competitive annual salary: CAD $40,500–$80,000, depending on location, experience, education, skills, and qualifications. Additional compensation may include performance-based or discretionary bonuses and, where applicable, commission opportunities.
