Accounting Operations and Financial Reporting:
- Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and monthly close.
- Supervise staff and prepare financial statements.
Physician Partnership Accounting and Tax Coordination:
- Maintain records for physician entities and coordinate K-1 reporting.
- Reconcile distributions and monitor tax deadlines.
Cash Management and Financial Planning:
- Monitor cash balances and prepare cash flow forecasts.
- Analyze results and communicate variances to leadership.
- Coordinate cash balance pension plan funding and compliance.
- Work with actuaries, recordkeepers, and CPAs on Form 5500.
