CRM Manager; Fully Remote

• You'll build and run customer journeys that guide Bondora's customers from first application through repeat loans and payment difficulty.
• You'll be one of three CRM Managers reporting to the Head of CRM & Customer Value, working in Braze with rich customer and loan data.

• You have 5+ years of hands-on CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally in lending or fintech.
• You are an expert in Braze or similar platforms, with SQL skills and a habit of testing with holdout groups.
