Civil CFO is seeking a proactive talent sourcer to find experienced Fractional CFOs for 8-figure construction firms. You’ll build the search, craft outreach, and qualify candidates who aren’t actively looking. This is a 1099 contract, about 10 hours a week, fully remote within the US, starting in early December.
You’ll log leads in our ATS and deliver a steady monthly pipeline of qualified candidates. We move fast and expect to decide quickly.
