Project Finance Coordinator; Fully Remote

• Partner with Project Managers and the Finance team to keep client projects financially organized, within budget, and aligned with target margins.
• Coordinate day-to-day project financial activities including budget tracking, invoicing, collections, and vendor purchase orders.

• Monitor project budgets throughout the lifecycle, prepare burn reports, and proactively identify potential overages.
• Manage client invoicing schedules, track receivables, and coordinate collections on overdue invoices.
• Oversee vendor purchase orders, verify invoices, and support payment coordination with Finance.

• 2+ years of experience in project finance, accounting coordination, or agency operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets with working knowledge of AR and AP processes.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment and elevate financial risks early.

• Project budgets and target margins remain accurate and accessible to stakeholders.
• Client invoices, collections, and vendor payments are processed accurately and on schedule.
• Reliable financial reporting and timely project closeouts with reconciled budgets and resolved purchase orders.
