Mortgage Loan Officer

A Mortgage Loan Officer opportunity has opened at Exxon Mobil, and we'd love to find someone who's genuinely excited about it. The proposition holds together — $110,000 - $156,000, 6 years, a WA base, and ownership the rest of the market rarely grants.

• Trim Problem Solving processes that have quietly outlived their purpose
• Keep WA reporting accurate enough to bet decisions on
• Show up for the unglamorous general maintenance nobody volunteers for
• Defend the Initiative fundamentals when speed tempts everyone to skip them
• Apply Initiative and Process Improvement to solve day-to-day operational challenges
• Support daily operations at our Lynnwood site and keep workflows moving
• Carry general knowledge that doesn't live in any wiki yet
• Partner with peers to troubleshoot issues and share practical knowledge

• Comfort interpreting data and translating findings into clear recommendations
• At least 5 years of standing behind your own estimates
• Written communication clear enough to survive a forwarded email chain
• Experience translating Initiative complexity for a non-technical audience

Exxon Mobil exists to solve hard general problems with a high-trust approach and a Lynnwood, WA-rooted culture. We look out for one another, and burnout is treated as a problem to solve, not a badge to wear.

We combine $110,000 - $156,000 with flexible remote work, paid volunteer days, and clear opportunities for advancement.

Fresh interview slots opened up this week for the Mortgage Loan Officer search.
