Director of Finance

The company is a fast-growing, at-scale, medical services platform company with a strong national customer base.

Owned by strategic, PE sponsor with a solid track record in this industry, as well as a proven executive leadership team at the helm.

This role reports to the CFO. This is a remote position but ideally we’ll find someone that can travel to their Chicago HQ on a semi regular basis as needed.

• Partnering with >300 medical practices nationally serving 10’s of thousands of patients
• Top tier PE investors ($70B+)

Seeking a Director / VP level FP&A leader with a background in private equity owned medical device or medical practice environments. Ideally looking for someone that has stood up or signifcantly enhanced the FP&A department.

Company is well positioned for significant growth and seeking a strong finance individual to come in and partner closely with the CFO, CEO and PE sponsors to further formalize the FP&A function. Great opportunity, with high visibility, to partner across the enterprise (bring the operational finance chops) and be a part of further refining and building something already reaching scale.
