VP Finance and HR; Fully Remote

• Salvo Health is searching for a VP Finance to elevate and lead financial operations as we work toward scaling growth following our Series A raise.
• This is a fully remote role, based anywhere within the United States, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

• Own the company's financial projection models and drive the strategic roadmap toward cash-flow break-even post-Series A.
• Manage and mentor the existing Finance & HR Manager and Recruiter, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Act as the financial co-pilot to the CEO and COO for venture fundraising, driving data room preparation and cap table scenario modeling.

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including experience as a VP of Finance or similar senior finance leader at a venture-backed startup.
• Proven track record building financial models, projections, and variance analyses in a fast-growing environment.
• Strong Excel/financial modeling skills and experience with Quick Books or similar accounting systems.
