Billing Supervisor; Fully Remote

• Supervise Billing Coordinators and provide guidance on daily challenges and workflow priorities.
• Conduct team meetings, monitor attendance, approve timecards, and support employee development.
• Maintain a billing portfolio and assist with process improvements, audits, and controls.

Qualifications:

• Bring at least seven years of legal billing experience and an Associate degree or equivalent.
• Use Elite 3E billing software, Microsoft Office, and apply accounting principles.
• Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
• Earn $95,000–$120,000 annually plus performance bonus eligibility.
