Tri Search is seeking a Director, FP&A to build and professionalize the FP&A function across a PE-backed platform. Remote role with occasional travel to West/Mountain operating locations, reporting to the CFO, and partnering with executive leadership.
You will design consolidation architecture, own budgets and forecasts, and deliver executive-ready reporting to boards and lenders. This is a hands-on leadership role, starting as an individual contributor and scaling a finance team as the platform
