About the team:
The Finance team plays a pivotal role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support business decisions. This team collaborates across functions to ensure accurate balance sheet management, cash flow forecasting, and financial performance evaluation. Members leverage strong technical accounting expertise and advanced financial modeling skills to analyze results, explain variances, and communicate insights to leadership. The team is committed to enhancing forecasting processes, mitigating financial risks, and delivering actionable recommendations that align with organizational goals.

What you'll do:

Prepare and analyze complex financial models to support planning and recommend future expense targets.

Manage control structures to mitigate financial risks and ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance financial processes and reporting transparency.

Communicate financial results, forecasts, and variances to senior management with clear presentations and documentation.

Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and adjusting performance to meet objectives.

Supervise and develop associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and integrity standards across teams.
