Remote Chief Financial Officer; CFO

This is a fully remote , executive-level position responsible for all aspects of financial management, strategic planning, and investor relations. • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, long-term financial planning, and forecasting.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, treasury, and financial reporting.
• Lead fundraising efforts, including venture capital rounds and debt financing.
• Manage investor relations and communicate financial performance to the board and investors.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Drive operational efficiency and profitability improvements across the organization.
• Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial policies.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to the CEO and executive leadership team.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in technology or high-growth startups.
• Proven track record of successful fundraising (Series A, B, C, etc.) and managing investor relations.
• Deep understanding of corporate finance, financial modeling, M&A, and strategic planning.
• Expertise in financial reporting (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and operational understanding.
• Experience managing remote teams and working in a distributed environment.
