Remote Investment Specialist Mutual Funds

Deliver investment advice from home as a fully remote Investment Specialist, using communication and listening skills to support BMO customers. Help Canadians invest smarter through meaningful conversations.

As part of BMO Investment Centre’s Wealth Sales & Service group, you will support customers and prospects through inbound calls. You will understand financial situations, educate customers, and provide wealth-related sales and service. Mutual Fund and Term investment transactions, account onboarding, and product reviews are central activities.

• Support customers through the inbound call queue
• Build trust and meaningful customer relationships
• Onboard customers to new investment accounts
• Complete Mutual Fund and Term transactions
• Review goals and recommend appropriate products

• One to three years of relevant professional experience
• Completed Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds course
• Knowledge of marketplace trends and product offerings
• Understanding of industry regulations and standards
• Excellent communication, organization, listening, and time management
