Great people deserve more than just a job. They deserve somewhere they can make an impact.
The best Paraplanners don't just produce reports. They challenge thinking, solve complex problems and play an important role in delivering exceptional financial advice. And that level of expertise deserves to be recognised. We're partnering with an established UK wealth management business that's continuing to invest in its people, technology and paraplanning function. We're looking for an experienced Senior Paraplanner who wants more than simply the next role.
Someone who takes pride in their technical expertise, enjoys solving problems and wants to be part of a business with real ambition.
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution within an established financial planning team, supporting Financial Advisers with complex advice and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. You'll be responsible for:
- Producing high-quality suitability reports and complex financial planning recommendations
- Undertaking detailed technical research across pensions, investments, retirement planning and other financial planning solutions
- Working closely with Financial Advisers to develop appropriate client strategies
- Providing technical guidance and support to colleagues
- Maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, compliance and client service
- Contributing ideas and expertise to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of the paraplanning function
We believe the best people combine technical knowledge with curiosity, ambition and a genuine commitment to doing things well. Ideally, you'll bring:
- Significant experience within a paraplanning role
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent, with full or part Chartered status
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and more complex financial planning scenarios
- The confidence to challenge, question and contribute to advice discussions
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work independently
- Flexibility built around you. Remote working that gives you the freedom to deliver your best work without a daily commute.
- A business that's investing in its future. Join an established wealth management organisation with the scale and ambition to create long-term opportunities.
- Your expertise matters. This is an opportunity to use your knowledge, influence outcomes and make a genuine contribution.
- A culture of collaboration. Work alongside experienced professionals who share your commitment to delivering quality financial advice.
- The opportunity to keep growing. Continue developing your technical expertise and building a career that reflects your ambitions.
A successful career isn't just about the title you hold or the number of years you've worked. It's about being somewhere your knowledge is valued, your contribution matters and you have the freedom to do your best work.
