Location: New York
- Support day-to-day administration of 401(k) retirement plans with a focus on participant transactions.
- Provide exceptional service to plan sponsors and participants in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process loans, distributions, hardship withdrawals, rollovers, terminations, and RMDs.
- Prepare daily cash reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Communicate plan rules and requirements clearly to clients.
Qualifications:
- Strong math, analytical, and communication skills with Excel and Word proficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
