Augusta Health is seeking a Benefits Analyst – Retirement & Financial Programs to support the administration and payroll reconciliation of employer-sponsored retirement plans, FSAs, and HSAs in a complex, multi-platform environment.
On a bi-weekly basis, this role reconciles data across HCM, payroll, and vendor systems to ensure accuracy of team member and employer contribution records, including identifying and resolving discrepancies with internal teams and external vendors.
