Compliance Manager, Card; Fully Remote

• Affirm seeks a Compliance Manager to own compliance advisory for the Affirm Card program.
• You'll partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ship compliant card features.

What you'll do:

• Own end-to-end compliance advisory for card marketing, onboarding, disputes, and servicing.
• Review and approve marketing, disclosures, and UX for regulatory compliance.
• Maintain compliance risk assessments and develop training materials.

What we look for:

• 8+ years of compliance advisory experience in financial services with card/payments expertise.
• Deep knowledge of EFTA (Reg
  
  E), TILA (Reg Z)/CARD Act, and UDAAP.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
