- Own end-to-end planning and forecasting: annual plan, operating model, and Board materials.
- Drive decisions with SQL, cohort retention, and sales payback analysis.
Systems & Automation:
- Lead migration from spreadsheets to automated system-to-system workflows.
- Evaluate finance tools and apply AI for variance commentary and validation.
First Year:
- By 90 days: deliver first reporting package and Board pack.
- By month 12: cash forecasting, automation, and a self-running finance function.
