Apply credit-lending expertise as a Senior Credit Specialist with CIBC, working remotely while supporting complex credit issues and client applications.
In this full-time position, you will guide CIBC partners, including Cards Call Centre and Banking Centres, on complex credit matters. You will communicate with clients to obtain, clarify, and verify information efficiently. The schedule supports processing centre hours Monday through Saturday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance on complex credit issues to CIBC partners
- Support Cards Call Centre and Banking Centres
- Obtain, clarify, and verify client application information
- Deliver clear communications and positive client experiences
- Uphold CIBC guidelines, policies, rules, and procedures
- Extensive experience in a credit-lending environment
- Excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis techniques
- Fluency in French and English
- Ability to navigate multiple software applications and dual monitors
- Flexibility for Monday-to-Saturday processing centre hours
