Role:

This role serves as the operational leader of the wealth management program and the central point of coordination among advisors, support staff, the broker-dealer, and internal credit union partners. This role is responsible for creating a consistent, high-service client experience while ensuring the business operates efficiently, accurately, and within regulatory and firm requirements. This role builds scalable processes, controls, and team structure that support continued growth of the wealth management program.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

E 20%
Own the marketing coordination process between the credit union and broker-dealer, helping align campaigns, approvals, materials, events, communications, and brand requirements.

E 20%
Manage daily operational workflow including account opening, transfers, distributions, money movement, maintenance, service requests, and escalation management.

E 15%
Own the compliance portion of the wealth management business, serving as the internal point person for compliance processes, documentation, correspondence, licensing, exceptions, audits, and required follow-up in coordination with the broker-dealer.

E 10%
Serve as a primary liaison with the broker-dealer/home office for operations, technology, compliance, service issues, and process improvements.
