Remote Bilingual Credit Administrator

Apply bilingual communication and credit analysis remotely for RONA, supporting accounts while residing within 250 km of Boucherville, Quebec. Excel expertise matters.

As a Credit Agent, you will manage customer accounts and support RONA’s financial performance. The position requires French and English communication, sound judgment, analytical skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel. You will approve applications, review limits, collect receivables, and coordinate account resolutions.

• Follow company credit policies and procedures consistently
• Approve credit applications within established company guidelines
• Re-evaluate customer credit limits when needed
• Collect overdue receivables and negotiate payment arrangements
• Coordinate collection assistance with Sales and Store Managers

• College diploma in administration or related field
• Three years of experience in a similar position
• French and English written and oral communication skills
• Strong judgment, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
