Lead Product Manager - Credit Card

Join our ambitious Credit Card Team as a Lead Product Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of one of Nationwide’s fastest-growing portfolios. This is a high impact role where you’ll combine commercial leadership, strategic thinking and customer insight to drive performance and unlock new opportunities.

As the commercial owner of the portfolio, you’ll take the lead in understanding what drives business performance, identifying where value is created, and turning insight into action. Working closely with Finance, Risk, Analytics and Marketing, you’ll shape customer acquisition strategies, develop compelling propositions, explore new channels for growth and deliver against ambitious sales objectives. By connecting customer behaviour with commercial outcomes, you’ll influence key business decisions and help deliver sustainable growth.

For this job you'll be located at our nearest regional office or hub. There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration and in some locations you’ll be expected to spend at least two days a week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, in the office.
