Deliver sound investment advice from home as a BMO Smart Folio Investment Advisor, using communication and listening skills daily. Support Canadians remotely through informed financial conversations.
This BMO Smart Folio advisor role centers clients during inbound calls and investment decisions. You will learn financial situations, educate clients, and help address their goals. Responsibilities include portfolio reviews, onboarding, account access, contributions, withdrawals, and approved sales and service activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Support clients primarily through the inbound call queue
- Determine individual investment needs and provide professional advice
- Build trust and strong client relationships
- Complete portfolio reviews and onboarding requests
- Handle account access, contributions, and withdrawals
- Minimum four years of relevant industry experience or post-secondary degree
- Completed CSC and CPH or CIRE requirements
- Familiarity with wealth management strategies and tradeoffs
- Excellent communication, time management, and listening skills
- French and English bilingualism is a strong asset
