Collections Representative

We are seeking a Collections Representative I (Representative, Collections I) to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing past-due accounts, including customers with balances aged 1–30 days as well as accounts exceeding 31 days delinquency. This position offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Wednesdays and Thursdays and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in-office attendance on other days).
