Role and responsibilities
Your Role
You own how money moves through our group. Every payment coming in, every payment going out and everything that runs through Adyen is yours, end to end. You work side by side with our Finance Director and VP Finance & Operations, decide how your processes run, and rebuild them with AI as you go. In your second year, you take over invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
Cash in
Manage receivables end to end: every incoming payment matched, every overdue invoice chased, and you decide when to escape to account managers.
Run Adyen payouts and chargebacks, and fix the root cause when something breaks.
Keep customer data in Hub Spot and Zuora clean, because billing depends on it.
Cash out
Handle payables and expenses: supplier invoices approved, paid on time and protected against bank-detail fraud.
Numbers
Prepare the monthly management report and run the cost review with budget holders.
Spot variances and raise them before anyone asks.
Building
Redesign your processes and automate them with AI, together with our development partner.
Track e-invoicing and fiscalisation rules across Europe and flag what needs to change.
From your second year
Take over billing in Zuora, including invoice corrections and credit notes.
- A role you own, working directly with Finance Leadership.
- A finance function being rebuilt around automation and AI, and a real say in how.
- A clear path towards a senior role in our finance team.
- An 80% position with Palisis AG in Uster, (flexible days and 1 day home office).

Confident with an ERP system and strong in Excel.
Fluent in German and English.
Careful and reliable when handling payment data.
Desired Qualifications (A Plus, but not Required):
Experience with Zuora, Adyen, Business Central or Hub Spot.
