As part of Personal and Business Banking, you will help clients pursue home ownership through mortgage advice and product solutions. The role supports flexible client meetings, remote work, and occasional on-site attendance at ON-81 Bay Street. You will combine client service, mortgage documentation, business development, and community connections to create opportunities and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support
- Meet clients according to their schedules and lifestyles
- Create local sales plans that convert leads into clients
- Build relationships with Banking Centre teams and realtors
- Generate opportunities through networking and community involvement
- Banking and mortgage experience
- Mortgage lending and mortgage process knowledge
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Client-first, goal-oriented approach to service
- Ability to work remotely with occasional on-site attendance
