About the Opportunity

A leading AI company is seeking active retail traders to contribute real-world trading data and decision-making insights. Participants will submit their brokerage transaction history and explain their trading strategies and most significant trades to help study and model individual trading behavior.

Key Responsibilities

• Export and upload complete transaction history from a U.S. retail brokerage account covering at least 24 months, with no trades removed.
• Remove personal identifying information, including name, account numbers, and address, before submission.
• Write a 100–250-word summary describing trading strategy, typical holding periods, instruments traded, and platforms used.
• Explain at least five significant trades, including major gains, losses, or high-conviction decisions.
• Provide the reasoning behind each trade at entry or exit, identifying the information that influenced the decision.
• Ensure each trade explanation matches the transaction history by symbol, date, side, and quantity.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Based in the United States.
• At least 2 years of active personal trading experience.
• Minimum of 1,000 trades during that period.
• Experience trading stocks; options also count.
• An account with a U.S. retail brokerage platform, such as Robinhood, Schwab, Fidelity, E
  * TRADE, Webull, or Interactive Brokers.
• Willingness to share complete brokerage trade history without removing transactions.
• Trading must be conducted through a personally owned account, not a managed, employer, or prop-firm account.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in finance, trading, or another professional field is welcome.
• No minimum educational qualification is required.
• Current and former professional traders may participate using their personal brokerage accounts.

Compensation

• Flat payment of $400 upon successful completion.
• Payment requires uploading the complete trade history and fully annotating at least five trades.
• Partial submissions are not eligible for payment.
• The written portion takes approximately 1.5 hours.
• One-time task with no ongoing commitment.

Application Process

• Apply and sign the Expert Content License Agreement.
• Export and upload your complete brokerage trade history.
• Submit your trading-style summary.
• Provide detailed explanations for at least five significant trades.
• Receive payment after all required submissions are completed and accepted.
