Remote Investment Banking Associate

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and analytically adept Investment Banking Associate to join their dynamic team. This position is fully remote, offering the unique opportunity to engage in high-stakes financial transactions and strategic advisory services from the comfort of your home office. You will play a critical role in deal execution, financial modeling, client presentations, and market analysis, supporting senior bankers across a range of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates.

• Develop sophisticated financial models, including DCF, LBO, and M&A models, for valuation and transaction analysis.
• Prepare client-ready pitch books, presentations, and deal memorandums.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence and market research for potential transactions.
• Support senior bankers in managing client relationships and executing complex M&A and capital markets deals.
• Analyze financial statements, industry trends, and company performance to identify strategic opportunities.
• Coordinate with legal counsel, accountants, and other advisors throughout the transaction process.

• MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; strong undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution is also considered.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or a related finance role.
• Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv).
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and M&A processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
