Remote Accounts Manager

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
• Oversee the accounts receivable process, including collections and dunning activities.
• Reconcile accounts receivable balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing financial inquiries.
• Implement and improve accounts receivable policies and procedures.
• Monitor creditworthiness of clients and manage credit limits.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and collections performance.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and financial transactions.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with client accounts.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial statement preparation as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts management, accounts receivable, or a related financial role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR best practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Quick Books) and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work remotely within Mahikeng, North West or other remote locations in SA.
