Mortgage Loan Processor - WFH

Processes mortgage loan applications from submission to settlement, ensuring accurate data entry, document verification, lender coordination, and compliance. Tracks application progress, follows up on requirements, manages lender requests, and maintains accurate records while providing excellent customer service.

• Enter and maintain accurate client information in the CRM and lender systems, including:
  • Assets and liabilities
  • Income and employment information
  • Self-employed client financial information (training provided)
• Review supporting documents and ensure all required information is received prior to submission.
• Order and manage:
  • Property valuations
  • Property reports
  • Credit reports (where applicable)
  • Pricing requests and lender pricing negotiations
• Prepare, package, and submit loan applications to lenders.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, brokers, solicitors, real estate agents, and the Melbourne-based team throughout the application process.
• Monitor application progress and proactively follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Manage lender queries, additional document requests, and approval conditions.
• Track loans from submission through conditional approval,formal approval, and settlement.
• Maintain accurate records within CRM systems and workflowplatforms.
• Perform compliance and quality assurance activities, including uploading and maintaining information within the Compli Fast platform.
• Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service and meeting agreed turnaround times.

• At least 2 years AU Mortgage experience
• Experience in the Mortgage industry
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Experience in using Salestrekker preferred
