The Financial Director role is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing financial strategy, planning, and reporting for SWISSCLEAR SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. Day-to-day activities include leading budgeting and forecasting processes, reviewing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The Financial Director will monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions. This role involves collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, and optimizing financial performance and resource allocation.

• Strong finance and financial planning skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy.
• Proficiency in preparing and interpreting financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Advanced analytical skills for financial modeling, variance analysis, and performance measurement.
• Solid background in financial reporting, including compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA) are an advantage.
• Experience in a senior finance or leadership role, with a track record of managing remote teams or working in distributed environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and proficiency with financial software and spreadsheet tools.
