Key Responsibilities:
• Underwrite applications based on established risk appetite
• Analyze credit and income documentation thoroughly
• Request additional documentation from brokers as needed

Requirements:
• 3-5 years' experience in residential mortgage underwriting
• Strong attention to detail in document reviews
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and LOS systems
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Experience in Alt-A or non-prime lending is a plus
