Vice President, FP&A; Fully Remote

• Hello Heart is an AI company focused exclusively on heart health.
• We predict and prevent cardiac events with a platform that identifies risk up to 10 days in advance.
• We serve over 80% of large U.S. health plans and hundreds of employers.

• We are looking for a hands-on, AI-savvy VP of FP&A to lead our financial planning evolution.
• You will automate reporting, forecasting, and deck-building to focus on forward-looking analysis.
• You will partner closely with leaders to evaluate investments and drive efficient growth.

• Lead the financial planning cycle, including long-range plan, annual operating plan, and forecasts.
• Build and maintain the integrated financial model and own bottoms-up revenue forecasting.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled planning, reporting, and board-material production.

• 10+ years of FP&A experience with at least 3-5 years leading a team in a growth-stage environment.
• Strong three-statement modeling skills and experience with forecasting recurring revenue businesses.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience implementing FP&A tools like Adaptive or Anaplan.
