Vice President, Commercial Pricing - REMOTE

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Commercial Pricing - REMOTE to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This executive will shape enterprise pricing strategy for support services and other complex commercial offerings in a business that depends on disciplined, data-driven decision-making. The role will partner closely with finance, sales, operations, and systems stakeholders to strengthen pricing governance, improve margin performance, and support major proposals and renewals. You will also help build a more mature pricing analytics capability that delivers clear insights and consistent commercial execution.

Location:

Remote

Compensation: $210,000 – $230,000 annually

• Develop and lead enterprise pricing strategy for support services and complex technical offerings
• Establish pricing governance and approval frameworks to ensure consistency and accountability
• Integrate pricing data with CRM, ERP, and financial planning platforms
• Lead pricing and profitability models for complex RFPs and strategic renewals
• Build and lead a pricing analytics capability to deliver actionable insights

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 12+ years of leadership experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or corporate finance
• Experience in facilities management, outsourcing, or complex service businesses
• Proven success in developing commercial strategies that drive growth and profitability
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and pricing analytics
