Senior Retirement Plan Administrator | Compliance & Client Consulting Remote Position

National Plan Provider is seeking an experienced Retirement Plan Consultant. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of retirement services, including Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit plans, and possess a strong understanding of compliance, regulations, and industry best practices. The Retirement Plan Consultant plays a key role in advising clients on the compliance, design, and administration of their retirement plans.

• Manage day-to-day relationships for an assigned caseload of retirement plans
• Interpret plan documents and consult with clients on compliance, IRS regulations, and plan enhancements
• Review hands-on compliance testing, including ADP/ACP, coverage, and nondiscrimination testing
• Communicate results and recommendations clearly to plan sponsors
• Set appropriate client expectations while delivering exceptional service
• Collaborate with the team and consistently demonstrate honesty, reliability, and accountability

• 5+ years of retirement plan administration experience
• Strong hands-on experience with compliance testing and interpreting test results
• Solid knowledge of 401(k) plan documents, ERISA, and IRS regulations
• ASPPA and/or NIPA designation preferred
• Strong client-facing and consulting skills
• Ability to manage multiple plans and priorities independently
